Your satisfaction matters to us. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

14-Day Returns: You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to return it for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

How to Start a Return: Email team@inflywetrust.com to begin. We will confirm your return and give you the send-back address.

Return Shipping: Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please use a padded envelope or box and a trackable carrier. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Final Sale: Customized items and items purchased with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method promptly.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, email team@inflywetrust.com within 14 days with a photo and we will make it right.
